Healthcare Domain Example (FHIR R4 / HIPAA)

This example shows how to configure Aevum for a healthcare context. No additional packages are required -- this uses aevum-core primitives.

Classification levels for PHI

Aevum's four classification levels map naturally to HIPAA data categories:

Level Data type Example
0 De-identified Aggregate statistics
1 Limited dataset Dates, zip codes (no direct identifiers)
2 Identified PHI Name, DOB, diagnosis
3 Sensitive PHI Mental health, substance abuse, HIV status
